SALISBURY — Diana Lynn (Tull) Moore, 51, of Salisbury, passed away at home Sunday, Aug. 17 surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her father and stepmother, Melvin and Deanna Tull; husband William Moore, five children, Will Moore, Ginna Keil (Josh), Jessica Hales (Kevin), Jason Moore (Diana) and Justin Moore (Sarah); five grandchildren, Wyatt and Emma Keil, Callum Hales and Cassidy and Hailey Moore; sisters, Tracy Kilgore, Natalie Adams and Renee Callahan; brothers, Sam Kilgore, Kenny Tull and Frank Fink; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Kai, Yogi, Little Girl, Patton and Alfred. Diana was preceded in death by her mother Erma (Marvel) Kilgore.

Diana was born Sept. 18, 1962 in Easton and spent her childhood in Berlin and Federalsburg. She graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in 1980 and worked in various capacities in the medical field, most recently, in the medical records department at Atlantic General Hospital.

Diana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Both before and during her valiantly fought journey, she was surrounded by an incredible number of very special, cherished friends who provided an amazing amount of love and spiritual support along the way. Diana was a beautiful woman, both inside and out, characterized by a special grace, dignity and humor that inspired all of those around her. Diana was a lover of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, her loving family and friends, her fuzzy animals, cooking, horses, traveling and all things Colonial Williamsburg.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Mercy Medical Center, Drs. Friedman, Collins, Riseberg, Park, Laser and Misiewicz; special caregivers Franca Spurrier, Rev. Tanya Denley and many others.

Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at Bounds Funeral Home, 705 E. Main St., Salisbury. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday Aug. 22, 2014 at Bethesda United Methodist Church, 406 N. Division St., Salisbury. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Berlin.

Donald S. Bulmer

Donald Stewart Bulmer

OCEAN CITY — Donald Stewart Bulmer, age 89, passed away on Aug. 9, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Belmont, Ma., he was the son of the late John T. and Jean Davidson Bulmer. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gladys in 2013. He is survived by his children, Donald S. Bulmer, Jr of Clinton, Md., Steven L. Bulmer of Ocean City, and Robyn L. O’Connor and her husband Kevin of Annapolis. There are four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Also preceding him in death was his grandson, Kyle O’Connor, and his brother, John T. Bulmer, and sister, Ruth Bulmer Rogers.

Mr. Bulmer had served in the United States Air Force during WWII. Donald, who was drafted out of high school by the Chicago White Sox as a catcher, played on several AAA teams until he started his family. He then worked for the federal government (GPO) in Washington, DC.

He played ball and later became a league administrator for the Washington Union Printers Baseball League. When his family moved from Camp Springs, Md. to the Eastern Shore in 2002, he became an Orioles fan.

No formal services are planned at this time. Inurnment will take place in Arlington Cemetery, in the Wall, at a later date. A donation in his memory may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517. Topeka, Kan., 566675.
