On Friday, April 25, 2014 the Downtown Pocomoke Association and the City of Pocomoke will host their monthly Fourth Friday Art Stroll in Downtown Pocomoke, beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 8:00pm. The event will be held in the two blocks of Market Street between Front Street and Second Street. This is another step in Pocomoke’s overall downtown revitalization effort.

Local artists and craftsmen will fill the sidewalks of Downtown Pocomoke City to sell their art, including; paintings, photography, jewelry, glassware, crocheted items, fabric art, and much more! Local retail stores will be encouraged to stay open until 8:00pm.

Visitors at the Art Stroll will also be able to enjoy live entertainment by musicians Alex & Shiloh. Food, beer & wine will be available for purchase. Evolution Craft Brewing Company will be in attendance to showcase their locally brewed beer.

The Sturgis One Room School Museum will have sidewalk chalk for the kids while the Delmarva Discovery Center Museum will offer free admission during Art Stroll hours. An after-stroll party will be held at Riverside Grill, which will offer discounts on house wines and other beverages from 8:00pm to close.

In the event of rain the Art Stroll will be relocated inside the Delmarva Discovery Center Museum.
