Try This Healthy Snack

Fruit Yogurt on the Go
Prep time: 5 minutes


Serves: 1 Serving Size: approximately 1 1/4 cup

Ingredients:
3/4 cup light fruit flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1/3 cup strawberries


Utensils:
*Measuring cup
*Measuring spoon


Directions:
1. Mix raisins, sunflower seed and strawberries in a cup and set aside.
2. Take a spoonful of yogurt and add to a glass cup, and a spoonful of the raisin, sunflower seeds and strawberries, add another spoonful of yogurt. Repeat until done or glass is full.
